🚲 E-Bike Regulation
The Board unanimously approved moving forward with adopting the City of Celina’s e-bike ordinance as part of our development agreement. Additional details will be shared once finalized.

🌳 Right-Of-Way Trees
The Board unanimously agreed to move forward with:
- Removal or trimming of trees that are in the right-of-way and blocking stop signs and traffic signs. Affected Residents will be notified soon.
- Right-of-Way Tree Removal application process for residents to request permission to remove trees in the ROW. The application will be posted to the MUD’s website shortly.

The District has made strong progress restoring irrigation systems and landscaping in partnership with Woodlake. The Board will continue to prioritize landscaping, hardscape and erosion improvements throughout the summer and fall.
