We Want Your Help
In an effort to improve and maintain community infrastructure, we ask our residents to inform us of issues observed within the District.
Collin County MUD 1’s primary function is to provide the construction of water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater drainage infrastructure as well as road improvements within its boundaries.
However, not all issues within the District are the responsibility of the MUD. Please review the list below to assist with whom to contact. Residents can also view the Ownership Map (located on the District Map page) for additional information.
(Including the Playground, Pavilion, Campsites, Dog Park, Dog Launch, Beach, Boathouse)

Delivery of Water and Sanitary Sewer Collection
Collection of Solid Waste and Recycling
Emergency Services, such as Police, EMS and Fire Department

Your District has implemented a reporting system where residents can report problems observed in the area. You can access the Smartertrack portal and create a new ticket by clicking the button below.

What Are We Requesting?
We're asking residents to report MUD-specific issues in the District. The faster an issue is reported, the faster it can be investigated and addressed.
Have you noticed an issue with the infrastructure in our community? Have you seen any structural issues, such as a street light out, drainage issues on the sidewalks or roads? Do you have questions about current construction projects or landscaping items? If it was a yes to any of those questions then please create a ticket by clicking the button below.
