Attention all Light Farms residents, the Collin County MUD 1 Board of Directors would like to make everyone aware of the Policies regarding the use of District Right of Way (ROW). The District ROW consists of all District streets, sidewalks, and areas between the street and sidewalks. This policy was adopted to reduce disruption and interference with public use of District property, help prevent pavement and utility damage, help maintain the safe condition of the District streets, and protect the public health, safety, welfare, and community aesthetics.
