The following is a summary of key items discussed, and actions taken during the Board meetings held on February 23 and March 23, 2026.

🗳️ 2026 Directors Election

The Board reviewed the list of declared candidates for the May 2, 2026, Directors Election. As only two candidates filed for the two available positions, the Board voted to cancel the election in accordance with applicable state law.

The incoming Directors, Bert Mueller and J.D. Witte, will be sworn in this May.

✅  Approved Projects:

The Board approved the following projects and initiatives:

  • Phase 3 – Tree Replacement
    Final phase of the tree replacement program, including the installation of approximately 200 trees throughout the community.
  • Worthington Roadway Striping
    Re-striping of Worthington Drive/Cypress Creek from Light Farms Way to Frontier Parkway.
  • Bluestem/Grange Creek Improvements
    Ongoing irrigation repairs and installation, along with soil placement, grading, sod, tree planting, and landscaping enhancements.
  • Indigo/Grange/Bluestem Trail Repairs
    Replacement of damaged panels along trails adjacent to lakes and creek areas.
  • Bridgewater Sod Repair
    Grading and sod restoration behind Hudson Drive and Wimberly Drive.
  • Grange Erosion Repair
    Repair of the outflow drain near Langford/Waverly and installation of sod along the embankment adjacent to Light Farms Way.
  • Grange/Sweetwater Creek Cleanup
    Removal of debris and beaver dams in creek areas between Sweetwater and Grange.
  • Enhanced Pond Treatment
    Additional treatment measures to reduce algae growth during the summer months, including the introduction of tilapia.
  • Landscaping Bed Repairs
    General repair and enhancement of landscaping beds throughout the community.

🔍 2025 Annual Financial Report

The Board reviewed and formally accepted the District’s independently audited 2025 Annual Financial Report. The 2025 audit, along with prior audits dating back to 2016, is available on the District’s website.
