The Collin County MUD No. 1 Board of Directors will hold their next regular meeting on Monday, February 24 at 6:00 PM at the Celina Police Department Headquarters. The agenda can be found HERE.

Effective on or around Friday, January 31, the intersection of Cypress Creek Way and Light Farms Way will transition to a four-way stop.

Following a traffic study conducted by Lee Engineering, the Board of Directors has unanimously approved the installation of additional stop signs at this intersection. The study’s findings indicated that the current traffic volumes necessitate this change to enhance safety.

Residents and visitors are kindly requested to exercise caution at the intersection during the adjustment period.
