π³ Tree Replacement Project β Phase 2 Starts This Week!
- Start Date: Wednesday, October 8
- Scope: Replacement of 168 trees
- Where: Bartlett, Brenham, Cypress, Eastland, Hawthorne, Laurel, Maydelle, Parkview and Sage
Once Phase 2 is complete, the MUD will have replaced 388 trees in total this year!
Any dead trees from the spring replacement project will be replaced in October as well.

π Ownership Reminder:
The MUD is only responsible for trees on MUD land.
- The dead or missing trees in HOA common areas (e.g., Constellation Park, the Barn Yard, and neighborhood pocket parks) fall under HOA responsibility
- To report dead or missing trees and other landscaping problems in the HOA parks, contact the Light Farms HOA Manager, Jessica Guevara, at jguevara@insightam.com
