It is important to note the following qualifications:
Age: At least 18 years old.
Residency: A resident citizen of the State of Texas.
Land Ownership or Qualified Voter: Either own land subject to taxation in the district or be a qualified voter within the Collin County MUD 1 district.
Additionally, please note that certain circumstances could potentially disqualify an applicant from serving on the board. These disqualifications will be disclosed during the interview process.
